The product

Five journeys.
One single story.

Train, Eat, Health, Today and Me. Each screen answers one question, and all of them read from the same place. That is what makes cross-checking possible.

Today

How am I doing, and what do I do now?

Fitness, fatigue and form

CTL, ATL and TSB explained in plain language and compared with what this phase of the season expects.

Toward race day

The target race and what this phase calls for. The day before, it becomes Race day, with a checklist.

90-day load

A chart with decisions, races and lab tests marked on top. What is planned shows as a dashed line.

Train

Every workout, truly read.

Cycling (road, MTB and indoor trainer), running, swimming and triathlon. Metrics calculated by rules, not estimated by the AI. The AI writes the reading with your context.

Structured

Intervals as bands over the chart

Tap a band: “Z5 · interval · 0:30 · 337 W · above target (256–277 W)”.

Swimming

The session rebuilt

Sets like “13×17 m”, the role of each part and the session type, without your watch's ghost laps.

Brick

Bike → run, a single analysis

Back-to-back workouts become one block, with a reading of the transition and of running on tired legs.

Prescribed × done

Your coach's plan side by side

Paste the text as it came or upload the files. Editable preview, weekly adherence.

Races

A race sheet with your numbers

Pace per leg, carbs from your nutritionist's protocol, your own products. And the list of what it doesn't know.

“Was that a test?”

New threshold as a proposal

FTP, running threshold or swim CSS suggested, for you to approve.

COACH · ADVANCED MODULE

A week built by rules, explained by the AI.

You choose, sport by sport, who prescribes: the AI Coach, your own coach or no one.
With a coach, the AI Coach builds the rest of the week around their plan.

Safety rules no AI can cross

  • →Maximum number of hard sessions per week
  • →Never heavy legs the day before intervals or a long session
  • →A sport's volume never rises more than 30% over the two previous weeks
  • →Pain or low readiness: less volume and nothing hard in that sport
  • →A week with less than half done: the next one starts from what was actually done

Scientific basis

Every Coach rule cites its source →

The finding, the strength of the evidence and the rule adopted, with checked references. What is coaching practice is labeled as practice.

Real availability

Time windows by day, hour and place, each place with its own equipment. What doesn't fit becomes a warning, never an impossible session.

Strength training in cycles

A fixed routine for 4 to 8 completed weeks. With no history, the load field stays empty and learns from you.

Accept · adjust · another

“I'm sick”, “I'm traveling”, “no gym”. A file ready for your watch or your indoor trainer.

Eat

Diet and fueling are kept apart. What goes in during training refuels the training.

Your nutritionist's plan

Paste it the way it came. Meals, options and swaps structured; macros come from the grams.

Free-text logging

“snack option 2 without the dessert”. Off the plan, the AI estimates with a confidence level and asks when the dish varies.

Fueling per sport

Carbs, water and sodium per hour, with your own products and your own stock.

Health

What your blood says, cross-checked with what you changed.

Lab tests

Reports from a PDF or photo, always reviewed by you. Your lab's reference range, when to repeat, what to ask your doctor.

Pharmacy

Medication and supplements with on-time reminders, stock that warns before running out, and adherence.

Body composition

Every visit in one place. A figure with one dot per skinfold: the color shows the direction of change, without judgment.

Wellbeing and Sleep

HRV, sleep, resting HR and a 0 to 100 score built only from overnight data.

Checkups and history

Last checkup, decisions and reasons in a journal. Arrive at your appointment with the story told.

Not a doctor

We cross-check to answer “what changed”. No diagnosis, no medication recommendations.

Me

Your fitness history, with a valid-from date on every number.

Profile and thresholds

Changing your FTP doesn't rewrite the past: each value applies from a given date.

Gear

Bike, shoes and accessories with wear tracked by your workouts and a reminder when service is due.

Injuries and schedule

Restrictions, trips and limited weeks. The Coach respects them; the Pharmacy reminds you.
